For some reasons, H1 is 28px and H2 is 30px. Could we do one of:

Flip these around so H1 is 30 and H2 is 28
Leave H2 at 30 but make H1 32
Make H2 28 and make H1 32?

FWIW, H3 is 24px and body text is 14px, so going to 32/28/24 makes sense to me for H1, H2, H3.

Gah, this intersects with the other thing you were talking about. It's actually "page header h2", not "h1". Anyway, submitting PR for the easy fix. I agree that the page header one should actually become h1.
