This issue is for tracking the migration of the epel-docs repo to the fedora/docs space on GitLab.
We don't appear to actually use this repo and it is basically empty. We should probably just delete it instead. Thoughts, @pbokoc?

The epel doc is located here: https://pagure.io/epel I'm not sure what's the purpose of this one. We can leave it there for now, and remove it later if it's really not needed.
