Eg. at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f32/install-guide/install/Installing_Using_Anaconda/#sect-installation-gui-storage-partitioning there is a link named "Installing_Using_Anaconda.adoc#sect-installation-gui-manual-partitioning-recommended" but it points to just '#' and not to the anchor.
This is with some, but not all anchor links. Those who have the anchor in the link don't have it in the name.
