When a source string has more than one occurrence in a project, translating one will copy the translation to the other ones (which is good). However, I still get the "Inconsistent" quality check for these newly translated strings. This is a check that should not be dismissed, though.
This happens to me on every string on the installation-guide, as many versions of the documentation with many similar pages and strings are available. I see that the error went away after some days, not sure why or how, but it wasn't me.
Attached is an example when translating "Introduction" in Fedora CoreOS docs for Nest with Fedora.

This should be fixed in Weblate 4.2, see https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/4129
