Thanks for proposing this event in India, @amsharma. :tada: I am +1 to approving this FWD event. Also given this content seems similar to last year's event, I think you and the other organizers have a method down.
Even though @amsharma was involved with writing the following snippet, I'll include it for @pyadav and @valaparthvi as well:
We plan to share a resource pack with FWD event organizers in early September.
The resource pack will include information on Fedora editions / objectives, content on Fedora <3 Python, and more. Once available, we encourage you to make use of it for your event.
Please promote different ways to get involved and participate in the Fedora community.
When promoting the Fedora community, we encourage you to include other opportunities to contribute across Fedora. A great resource is whatcanidoforfedora.org. An overview of the different Fedora sub-projects is helpful to include. We plan to include other suggestions for this in the resource pack.
Please collect participation metrics about the number of attendees and other information you think is useful.
We want to better understand how FWD events impact the local communities and Fedora. At a minimum, please note the number of attendees at your event. Other numbers may be useful depending on your event.
Some suggestions are…

+1 for this , I am not sure if that's even valid when I am in organizing list :P
+1 from me as well. @amsharma @pyadav please don't forget the points that Justin mentioned, especially the metrics part because it is a very important part for us to better understand the impact of the FWD - I know that Amita knows this but just wanted to emphasize it. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Good luck with the event and feel free to reach out to us if you have any question or need help. 😄
I am setting this event to approved. Good luck, @amsharma and @pyadav!
