+1, good luck with the event :)

The itinerary looks great @bt0dotninja and @tatica. +1 for organizing the event. I will mark the ticket as approved.

Can we send any swag to support the event? Let us know if you want a swag packet mailed with stickers / other swags. Since the event is a month away, we will need to work with the Fedora budget process for swag shipping ASAP.

I'm also curious to learn more about D&I initiatives in other communities. @bt0dotninja, if you learn more what other local communities are doing, let us know in the future event report. Thanks!

Of Course, PyLadies will be a great example of a D&I centric community, I will do some kind of interview.

:)

@bt0dotninja you can request swag via a new fedora-budget ticket using the swag-shipment template

@bt0dotninja @tatica Best luck for the event and please make sure to collect the feedback from the attendees after the event! It will help us to improve.

The people from the UNAM takes care of all the costs (and they don't accept our money), they really want more of this kind of events so I don't need to open a budget ticket.

I think we can close this ticket

@bt0dotninja thanks for organizing it  :100:
