I will also be able to host a live video call for max 15 minutes during the FWD event. It could be a great way to make this event interactive and authentic. For physical copies of brochures, we can coordinate with the Fedora Marketing Team. I believe they have something for this already. We might be able to distribute it in time for FWD but it is hard to say just yet.

As for a list of events and conferences, I think this is an awesome idea. The only "main" Fedora event in the year is Flock, but there are other regional events, like DevConf.IN for example. I think we can do this for the digital resource pack.

Due to annual college fest and then ongoing Diwali vacation, the turnout was very poor. We have scheduled it for 4th November now. The presentation and all other arrangements are ready.
