As discussed during the Go/No-Go meeting today, we don't need or want the release notes on the install media (to avoid blocking the creation of release candidates).

+1 -- looks right, and I think it's the right thing to do.

This is fine if we want to do it, but it's not sufficient to cut a release, I don't believe. We would still have the outdated notes in the Everything tree unless we block or retire the package. I'd say that we must either retire, block or update the package so that it does not contain release notes for an old release, as well as / instead of doing this.

OK, we're going with merging this and retiring the package.
