The new gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-free (which includes plugins for MP3 decoding and encoding, and AC-3 decoding, among a few others) completely supersedes the -plugin-mpg123 package added for F25. The Multimedia group in comps-f26.xml.in should be updated accordingly.
