relaxng: add 'variant' attr for <group/packagereq/category/environment>
    
    It was initially introduced in 3b8033b30a72ae14419eebfa69cd98b054066355.
    I don't know what it does, but since it is fairly widely used, let's
    assume that it is read by something. Let's add it to the schema so
    that validation passes.
