#3 Update Trac with more relevant info for tickets

Looking through the Trac, one of our objectives towards making it easier to use for newcomers and other members of the Project as a whole will be to fully configure and add more info to our Trac, particularly for new tickets. This is mostly concerning:

Ticket types
Milestones
Components
Etc.

Discussion towards what some of these things could be (e.g. a milestone) is welcome.

If I can receive privileges for Trac, I can knock out organizing and adding these features to the Trac. Pending decause poking around with Trac and figuring out the details on how to do that. :)

Completed, now we have some new milestones and components to increase organization. Hooray! If anyone has ideas for more, feel free to reopen this ticket and ping either decause or myself.
