#167 Generate a specific advices for Outreach and Technical teams

Not all teams are equal. So, We need generate some generic technical section as template for some teams, also for outreach teams.

by example for Technical teams we can specify than you will learn or practice

  • skills
  • Principal programming languages
  • technologies
  • etc
