Index: Add 2020 infographic from Smera Goel
    
    This commit adds the 2020 infographic created by @smeragoel to the
    CommOps docs home page. It also commits the PNG and SVG source to the
    repo (so at least it is tracked in VCS somewhere).
    
    This is a late follow-up to issue #214.
