As a long-time "traditional" packager for Fedora, I feel like this is really important. My workflow revolves around the fedpkg command-line tooling.

Right now, the fedpkg command waits for koji builds to complete (along with giving links to the web interface and a note that the watching command can be interrupted). I'd really like it to do exactly the same thing for CI feedback, including returning a failure code on CI failure.

This 1) lets non-gating feedback still be useful without me going out of my way to look and 2) gives me close-to-immediate feedback on failures that will hit a gate.
