Fedora has two buses, one for production and one for staging (one of the reason for this setup is that both environments are separated at the network level).

Currently we're testing rawhide package gating in staging but we can't test the entire workflow or some of the features that have been marked as "requirement" for this work because tests aren't running in staging.
(For example, we have a requirement that we comment on update when the tests of an update started running, without tests running, we can't test this :))

Could we look at what it would take to have one or two pipelines running in staging?

I'd be fine if we restrict the packages for which it runs to a certain set if we need to save resources.
