TL;DR the high level goal of this effort is to discover how we can move something like Autocloud into Fedora CI.

Autocloud monitors for new Atomic or Cloud pungi composes and when new ones have finished it will downloaded VM images and run tests on them. We'd like to move the functionality of Autocloud to the Fedora CI. In order to do this we need some documentation/recipe on how to do this with Fedora CI:

• new compose comes out
• pull down VM image
• boot it
• run tests
• report tests
