#62 Email only sends to first address

It appears that only the first address specified in the list actually receives the announcement email, despite appearing in the "to" header:

to: devel@lists.fedoraproject.org,
devel-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org

Only went to devel, not to devel-announce. After checking more closely, I see that's the case with the test messages, too. They went to my personal account, and not my Red Hat account.
