For creating the Pagure issues, the labels need to be a part of the issue.
Currently you have:
The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog *https://tree.taiga.io/project/pac_23-test-changes-tracker-kanban/issue/4 *random *random *@pac_23
The correct output would be:
The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog * [Change proposal](https://tree.taiga.io/project/pac_23-test-changes-tracker-kanban/issue/4) * [devel-announce post](https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/random/) * [devel list discussion](https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/random/) * Owner: @pac_23
Note also that there is a space between the * and the content in order to make it an unordered list.
