Reviewing the last ticket and also looking at the present-day options, this is still a challenge. Although there are steps in progress for making this process better in the future.
As of April 2023, the only methods available to us are a bank transfer by Red Hat (requires vendor onboarding) or Wise (formerly Transferwise) in certain situations. I am closing this as Fixed.
