Regional treasurers are expected to contribute to this repository but they don't have any privileges to contribute to this repository.
Depending on the outcome of #18, this ticket could change, but to me, it makes sense to enable our regional treasurers to be able to contribute to this repository, receive email notifications about new issues, and play an active, hands-on role with reporting on expenses with regards to the budget. Whether in the form of a Pagure group or just directly adding them to this repository, some sort of access should be given to the treasurers to help maintain this repo.
