I think plugs is @plugs - not sure why the badges app doesn't know about them. Maybe @plugs try to log in to the badges app and maybe that wilil sync you over? https://badges.fedoraproject.org/ (click the login button).

Maybe I've just found another way of activating accounts in Badges. I went to the user's page, https://badges.fedoraproject.org/user/plugs, and it showed no badges. However, after that, I was able to award the badge to @plugs. Or @plugs meanwhile logged in to Badges. Either way, the badge has found its rightful owner.

The shell script I use probably needs to the account to be active already.
