Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
Check out past designs:
This is a historic badge series in Fedora, with the first request for a Release Party Badge going back 10 years ago this month, in October 21st, 2013 (see #189).
The timeline for the badge is next week. The event is 10-11 November.

Shouldn't there be something in that badge that makes it a special 20th anniversary badge?
That's how I read the request. Some kind of stamp or a ribbon below the mirror ball, I imagine could work well. But hey I'm not a designer. :smirk:
@gui1ty this design has been jazzed up a bit more than the usual badge we have for the release parties.. but I understand your perspective here.
@chris would you be up to try a version where you replace the disco ball/f39 with a banner that says "Happy 20th".. I think "anniversary" might be too long to show up well, but you could put that on a second line?
I see. The hats are off. Eagerly awaiting the first panda to wear a fedora. :open_mouth:

I can give it a shot, lets see how it goes
@riecatnor What do you think about this? we loose the disco ball/39 in this draft <img alt="F39.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/28fbf91b22b6e8d377d98f7a97a368539791f7afe96fbc25a57a762c72ab58c9-F39.svg" /><img alt="F395.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/850f846db5344094172768ec2dc427fe9182263cfe7acf560379122f9602accd-F395.png" />

I like it. Let's just rename the event to Fedora Anniversary Party and all works out. :laughing:
Or, maybe, put the 39 on one of the red balloons?
I like the idea of putting "f39" on the balloon in the middle! Two other small notes: - I think there is some extra business happening around the banner that's kind of difficult to see. Maybe it is supposed to be strings holding it up? I think you can just remove that because the idea comes across clearly without that - Make sure you are using Fedora color combos (like we use for the pandas) for the confetti to make sure it stays in the right color scheme
@riecatnor @gui1ty What do you think about these. which do you prefer, How visible is the number 39 ? <img alt="F392.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/125eed1c0ae4a7af1944a839885a673fa529e41f878bda1b57e1fd23e1bae7d0-F392.png" /><img alt="F392.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/15842c44436da217ff01b864b37b74cfc73c566bddb1f04063617f0ae82475cc-F392.svg" /><img alt="F393.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/4dbb2130c4d490a91de97f367c3d2d2213a9886161d5ab9810111efcf80c2cf3-F393.png" /><img alt="F393.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/18599b04ea94cd2848bc716bd359ca234a7b09ec61dde50545e6f88ebc21273e-F393.svg" />
I like the left-most one, where the 39 is near the center. It is confusing when the two numbers are near each other.
If there is any possibility to expedite this by Friday morning, that would be great!
@chris looks great, thanks for working on this! I made a couple small adjustments to help the 39 a bit more visible. Since the event is tomorrow, I think we should call this done :smile: setting artwork to approved
