I retired imgbased package but I didn't got Old Yeller badge (Introduced with #21).

Looking at the ticket it appears the badge has been broken for a long time.
I actually just retired a package myself and did not receive the badge either.
Since we are busy rewriting Badges I won't invest much time in it. But I'll leave the ticket open, so we can take a look once we are migrating badges (not any time soon).
