Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): - badge for attending virtual summit
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
1) What are those activities? - attending virtual summit and participating in the Fedora chatroom
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) - anyone and everyone!
3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?) - to engage in topics relevant to Fedora & Red Hat
4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?) - One and only year of COVID-19! The dates are April 28-29
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) - through a virtual conference platform called Intrado
Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts? https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/735

I don't really think we need 2 badges for summit, do we? Is this for something different than the normal badge?

I think we may have done a special Social Hour event last year, we didn't have that this time around. Thanks for the thought tho :)
