Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
Flisol 2020 Attende
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
1) What are these activities?
Assist, help to organise the event, talk in the event, install fedora or promote Fedora in a Flisol event.
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?)
Mostly Ambassadors in Latam.
3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
This a annual event in the last Saturday of April
4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
Once per year
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?)
Assist to a Flisol event, maybe scan a QR code.
Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?

Hi! I would like to take this up.
Metadata Update from @riecatnor: - Issue assigned to grlwholifts
Hi! Please have a look at the following two designs. Let me know how to proceed!

Hi @bt0dotninja, could you review the above badge and let me know the changes so that I can make the relevant PR. Also, do i need to follow this guide here? : Pushing a badge
@grlwholifts awesome first go at a badge design! There are some things to do to make it fit the guidelines of badges.
Take a look at this badge for a past event: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/flisol-2018-attendee You can find the artwork here: https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/610
For this task all that needs to be done is to take the artwork from 610, and update the date to 2020 :) we keep the event badges the same from year to year for a couple reasons. One is to make things easier on the design team, the other is to keep cohesion with the badges as a set.
Also, a couple good practices: - use the templates found here, make no changes except to put graphics in the gray areas: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/badges/design-badges/ - make sure you are exporting the right size png - upload the svg & png to the ticket for review
Hope that helps, looking forward to seeing your next version :)
Hi @riecatnor, please find the changed files below! Let me know if it works :rabbit:

Hello here is my first work @riecatnor
Review pls

Hi @mbachi it looks like @grlwholifts is completing this task. I would suggest moving to another one, and before you begin work, send me the link on telegram so we can discuss :)
On another note, this artwork doesn't fit the request or Fedora Badges guidelines. Please take some time to review this page: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/badges/design-badges/ the attached links in there as well. Thanks!
I edited more :stuck_out_tongue: @riecatnor does this work now?
<img alt="flisol-badge.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/7fdde2b6bd86b565f28ba97883fe28db58536955eedf6ca5c50c7f6fb7dcee4f-flisol-badge.png" />

Hi @grlwholifts let's a look at these screenshots.
<img alt="Screenshot_from_2020-03-11_17-48-14.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/d10802bc37a109617743234bec3d4c7a485c177ea5b31a3c9dcab3f3dcb80f4a-Screenshot_from_2020-03-11_17-48-14.png" /><img alt="Screenshot_from_2020-03-11_17-45-42.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/f478998c9d9f33dee387a2281e7d240dec0a99f9f659fecdc3ae1e17ca6c8181-Screenshot_from_2020-03-11_17-45-42.png" />
So what I am discovering here is that the style guide is incorrect. It should be 256x256px ans 96 dpi. Also do you see how there is more space around the badge in the template file than yours. Did you use the template as I instructed?
Thanks!
@riecatnor there you go! :wine_glass:
