need an updated version of https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/570 with the year removed and added a 3 instead of years number, we have found a partner who is willing to host us each month on a sunday for a sprint.

@gnokii @tanvi sorry for the delay - what is the reason for the "3" - also, gnokii has this event continued monthly as you mentioned? I think we should make a "khmer translation sprint runner" instead... then it can be used for any and all these such events :)
