Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
This is the first annual badge for the DevConf India conference held in Bangalore, India each year.
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) - Conference attendees/contributors/ambassadors
We have badges for DevConf cz and DevConf US, adding this will complete the family.
Once a year (Usually a week before flock i.e early August)
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) - By attending the booth in person and scanning the QR code
Using the same template as other devconf making cz -> in and 2018 -> 2019 should be enoug.
@riecatnor Hey! Is this okay? I'm not sure if "in" is supposed to be bold or regular. Let me know if there are changes :)

@tanvi: Looking at other devconf badges, this looks all right! :) Thanks for getting this done.
Hey, since DevConf India is just 10 days away, what's the next step to get it live?
@sayanchowdhury @jflory7
