This badge would be similar to #44 - Fixed That For Ya - only it'd be simpler, not about fixing someone else's build failure, just fixing any build failure. In fact nirik and I are thinking about this as a replacement for the 'Failed Build' badge series to try and put a more positive spin on it, but we can propose the series idea regardless of whether we wind up removing the 'Failed Build' badges or not. So here it is! I'll attach a set of ymls for it. This one requires an enhancement to fedbadges just like #44.
