As we implement the new Amby proposal, we will like to have an Advocate badge, We would like to create a new "level" for people who want to be advocates for Fedora, but aren't yet willing to go through the formal Ambassadors mentorship program.
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
Advocates will be doing Release Parties and collaborating with Ambys at different events.
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) -
Mostly during Release Parties and seldom for FADs and likewise
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) -
@mleonova can you please have a look at this? :)

Here's a proposal based on a concept @riecatnor and I came up with: <img alt="633-advocate.png" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/a24142af28848d3e22ce57a03f014d79ae89ff6fb2972c5614de014aa9df07e8-633-advocate.png" /><img alt="633-advocate.svg" src="/fedora-badges/issue/raw/files/94bc23a1273d30d6582696f6c76c876d10da361a2b1ce45103afa6b8c7da80cc-633-advocate.svg" />
@mleonova I think the concept is working! I have a couple thoughts.. - The design area looks like it got adjusted? (inner white ring looks too small) - I think use only a couple lines to represent the speaking, simplify a little bit :) - I think the fedora logo might be too small? maybe try a version without it?
@riecatnor wonder what happened with that inner ring =) I made the logo bigger, like it better with it on. What do you think?

The category need to be changed
Metadata Update from @riecatnor: - Issue status updated to: Open (was: Closed) - Issue tagged with: bug
Metadata Update from @bex: - Assignee reset - Issue untagged with: artwork - approved, artwork - needed, category - community, difficulty - easy, ready to push
Reset to show this is a bug. @nb is this something you can fix?
@bex We need help from @sayanchowdhury to manually edit the Tahrir database. It is easy to add tags, hard to change them later.
Metadata Update from @jflory7: - Issue assigned to sayanchowdhury - Issue tagged with: ready to push
What are the tags that needs to be added or removed? I've moved the badge from Community to Content
Do we need to do anything else here? @jflory7 something about tags?
This looks fixed.
