As we move to implement the new Amby proposal where we would like to honour the people who have spent their time mentoring and serving as an Amby before for some region. This badge will be a 'token-of-gratitude' for all the candidates getting the badge.
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
When someone is transitioned from Ambassador to Emeritus Ambassador
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) - Ambassadors can be any contributor with significant experience with the Fedora Project. This badge can be earned by an Amby only.
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) -
