I think something is wrong with the Partners in Crime badge. The criteria is adding a co-maintainer to a package, but the last time it was awarded was 2017-08-04. I know I have added co-maintainers since then.

This is a valid bug. The topic has not been updated after the sunset of pkgdb. I have opened the corresponding ticket #66 and working on the same .
