Once we have a Gallery instance set up, we could award photographer badges for uploading various numbers of photos (say: 1, 25, 50, 500, 1000?).

This is pretty similar to #39 "Flock Paparazzi" but not the same - that one is Flock-specific, this is not. Just making the note that they're related and maybe we could make them part of a series, share artwork etc.

Like #39, this is waiting on us having some kind of Fedora photo gallery thingummydoodly. There is apparently a ticket for this at https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/3533 , so I'll throw that in the external requirements note.

Update here: the infra issue 3533 was closed and it looks like that won't be a good avenue to implement this badge. Is there another way to do this? Do we want to? If so - artwork is good to go!
