The Fedora QA team publishes contributor stats [0] for each release (and each milestone), and I think it'd be great if we could give badges out to people based on our stats. I had a couple ideas for this:
Bug reports filed
Holding a position from milestone to milestone
Gaining a position (moving from 2nd to 1st) between milestones
Being in the top three for all milestones
Not being in the list and then taking one of the top three slots for another milestone
Getting a mention in the stats at all
I can try to think of names for all of these badges if it seems like a good idea. This would be a manual process (for now, at least) that would require me to send a list of names and badges - but I think it'd be good to tie in with the Heroes of Fedora posts.

I think we should focus on two badges to begin with here.
Possible artwork concepts:
Being in the list at all- panda with marathon bib
Being in the top 3 - Podium with panda wearing a medal and laurels

@hegataro, thanks for working on this ticket! for being in the "race" at all, I think we could simplify the design to something like this http://cdn.running.competitor.com/files/2015/05/Ritzenhein_Dathan-NYCM10-e1432676099309.jpg The outer ring color should be green, and the background color should be purple, unless you would like to include an illustration. For the placing in the top 3 badge, I think it would be nice to have an entire podium( like this http://www.eventprophire.com/_images/products/superlarge/winners_podium_prop_01.jpg ) with pandas and badgers standing on the place, perhaps with medals instead of the trophy.
