Badge for getting the GPG key signed by cacert (http://www.cacert.org/) Interesting. This one is a little more far-flung from Fedora, but still interesting. Not sure what to do for artwork concept here.

How do we manage if the user has multiple uids but only some of them are signed by CACert?
The signed user ID needs to be for the e-mail address used in FAS or the Fedora alias (@fedoraproject.org) to count for the badge.
Is this badge still something we want to do? If so, any one have artwork concepts?
