to capture the artwork ideas we had in IRC: mizmo thought of an old badger in a rocking chair on a porch, possibly with more and more baby badgers on its lawn as the series goes on, and some kind of even-older signifier for the old badger.

I think this badge lends itself well to a series, perhaps a life cycle series:

frog egg -> tadpole -> froglet -> frog -> frog with beard -> frog with longer beard ... etc.
