What the badge should be granted for: Volunteer on Flock 2014 Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): You've recorded a session at Flock 2014. Wheee! Anything else we need to know: After Flock we will encourage people to update the page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flock/Volunteers with their names if they want the badge. After a period of time (one week), we will add badges to all listed.
In case you come up with better namae or description, go ahead.

Or maybe we can do the badge yearless and give the same badge every year.

Re-opening this one since 'volunteer' is quite a different thing from being the flock 'organizer'.
I really like Miro's original description of the badge as just a straightforward token for volunteers. Trying to track this kind of thing over a 5 year period as in Langdon's suggestion will be too difficult, imo.
I'd add that I think it would be appropriate to make just a single badge for this (one that does not get recreated for each successive year of the Flock conference) in order to lighten burden on the design-team.

@Ralph not long ago we rejected more FUDCon badges, remember? So now there are already 4 badges for Flock and just 1 for FUDCon. The possibility to participate for people from LATAM and APAC is very limited but organizing Flock is impossible.
One badge for all organizer tasks and this yearly is enough.
The argument that organizers had more work, doesnt count for me, as we also rejected some other badges where was some differences in the value of work. So we dont talk here only about a simple flock badge as of a row of more badges for other events.
