What the badge should be granted for: Attending the 2014 bodhi2/taskotron FAD Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): "Making Bodhi2 and Taskotron a MILE high"

Possible artwork concepts: Bodhi logo on top of a mountain. A bunch of pandas carrying a massive Bodhi logo. Pandas climbing a Bodhi logo.
Cool concept, but this FAD already happened, fwiw. Do we reject badges for events that happened in the past?
I think that until we have a standard FAD badge, which will hopefully be soon, we should not reject badges for events that have happened in the past(unless the badge is rejected for another reason). If someone suggests a badge for a FAD with ample advance notice(>two weeks) and their are no artists available during those weeks, that doesn't negate the need to reward those hard working folks with a badge. In the future we need people to give plenty of advance notice filing a ticket if they would like a badge in time for an event, and on that basis we can reject badges. For example this event was on June 1st-4th and the badge was requested on the 11th...
Either way, I think this badge could be really cool so I vote not to reject.
This badge has been sitting over a year- at this point I am going to close it. Next time please give ample notice and try to find a designer to work on your badge before your event, thanks!
