Idea for the name: Careful bull

We could give it multiple levels (1, 5, 10, 20...)

Hey, I'm going to reject this one as:

1) it's not reallya thing we want to reward (although that hasn't stopped us before)
2) there are already a few too many badges awarded for people doing packager/bodhi workflow.. this would be "just another one"
