@churchyard, Looks good! I would like to see a version with some breathing room between the car and edges of badge canvas area. The first badge in the series has this, and I think we should try to keep them similar. I think it would look good to use the Fedora dark blue as a stroke for the car, and the inner blues the Fedora blue, medium blue and light blue similar to this badge -> https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/it-still-works! Just for fun, try adding in the pandas arm waving in the open space next to the car.

Hi, is this badge (https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/delivery ) awarded only if the package added to distribution is included in a Fedora ISO? What are the requirement for earning it?
If it's just getting a new package approved for Fedora and shipped in a release, I think this is broken because I added several packages to Fedora and never got this badge awarded.

This badge is no longer automatically awarded because there are no more pkgdb fedmsgs. It isn't clear that anything generates a message for new packages anymore. Looking at my last package add I don't see anything obvious. Anyone have a better idea? @pingou @sayanchowdhury

I think I deserve this badge for "pdfarranger". Having it awarded automatically would be a good idea, having to find this badge and asking for getting it defeats the purpose imho.

Looks like this ticket needs a couple things.

The automation is out of date, it looks like the one badge we pushed from the series hasn't been awarded since 2021. Is there an updated equivalent we can use to make new rules for this request?

Design wise, it looks like we have done the first 3 badges in the series (bicycle, train, & car in previous comments). We need 3-4 more designs using the same travel motif with a similar look and feel to the original 3 designs.

Hi @chris thanks for starting work on this ticket! What you have is a great start! I think there are some changes that can make them fit in with the other badges in the series.

• First let's take a look at the other badges in this series:
  
  
  
• Generally, the three previous badges share some common traits: the package is easily identified, the panda is waving (in 2 of 3), the designs are fairly simple, with a mixture of shapes and shapes with strokes, and they are using the Fedora blues color scheme

Here are some suggestions for your designs:
- I think there is something off about the template, or how you are exporting the designs. The padding around the badge in the PNGs is incorrect
- I would say for each design, it would be good to make the package bigger so its easier to see. I would suggest making the panda bigger too, though it looks like an okay size for the boat design.
- I would also try using shapes of light/medium instead of gradients. The previous designs are not using gradients, they are showing dimension by using shapes. You are doing this pretty well with the airplane one, but the darker shapes look like more of an artistic element than an element to illustrate dimension.
- The strokes are inconsistent between the three designs, make sure you are using a stroke across the designs that will fit in with the previous designs and each other
- The boat design is a lot darker than any of the other designs, I would suggest using the light and mid tones for the boat, and giving it a dark blue stroke

I think that's quite a bit to do to start, looking forward to your next drafts! :D

@riecatnor and @smeragoel Here are my new drafts for this ticket i added some extra options to the collection, I also made a new boat and plane design in a more illustrative approach. we can choose from the designs, the ones that best fits and make improvements where needed

Hi @chris, here's what I think. I like the illustrations, but I think the strokes are thin and inconsistent right now. The stroke on the panda is quite thin, I think that may be because you may have scaled down the design. I like the stroke weights and the styling of the skateboard. I'd suggest using similar stroke styles and adding shadows as you have done to other designs also. For the skateboard, the panda can be a bit bigger with reference to the skateboard.
