What the badge should be granted for: First EPEL-7 build
Badge description : "You have contribute to the next generation Enterprise Distribution"
Anything else we need to know: To encourage / speedup EPEL-7 build

Of course variant for 10, 20, 50.. build could also be useful.

there are already badges for EPEL builds

Those are for updates (bodhi), not builds (koji).

sure we revoke then all your koji badges for epel builds which counted already on koji badges

I don't tell what we should do. I just say this is not a duplicate.

As well as we already have bodhi badges and koji badges, I see no reason why we have epel specific bodhi badges and no epel specific koji badges.

Also this might be EPEL 7 specific. One badge for specific epel (starting with 7) to encouradge people to add their packages to new epel(s).
