Problem:

I don't have the following badges on my account..

Please check.

curios penguin was stuck in the documented scenario where it needs a "bump" do recognise the older awards. But still no luck with mugshot.

On the otherhand, mugshot rule seems to be missing here?

Ah, I checked the logs in /var/log/fedmsg/cron-award-libravatar-badge.log on badges-backend01 and found that the script had been stuck on a UnicodeEncodeError for many days.

I applied this patch and it seems to be working now. Can you confirm? http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=730e83903f304ed94f2a024f226b1bf2ba09f7d2
