What the badge should be granted for: If you have a package in Fedora for some number of months (predetermined) then someone asks you to add it to EPEL (or dependencies are now met in EPEL and you are able to do so), you would get this badge when it got tagged into the EPEL repo.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): You taught an old dog a new trick!
