What the badge should be granted for: Properly retiring packages in GIT (with dead.package) and pkgdb at the same time Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): garbage collector Anything else we need to know: There could be alternatives for people who only retired it in GIT or in pkgdb like there are badges for build failures.
It seems like some of the fedmsg stuff you implemented is taking care of this now. I'll reject the badge since it seems like things are getting simpler for packagers.
