#6 /etc/os-release and /usr/lib/variant not set correctly on Atomic Host

Testing the result of the discussions in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1200122 on the
latest F24 Atomic Host tree, I see:

$ rpm -q fedora-release
fedora-release-24-2.noarch
$ grep VARIANT /etc/os-release
$

Also, seems like /usr/lib/variant is not set correctly:

$ cat /usr/lib/variant
VARIANT_ID=nonproduct
$

This is fixed.
