base: Explicitly pull in xz, gzip, bzip2
    
    These are commonly used compression formats tarballs, qcow2 files,
    etc. that one might want to manipulate on host storage.
    
    xz and gzip were already being pulled in via dracut; this commit adds
    bzip2.
