At the moment we only support meetings starting from the full hour (04:00, 05:00,..), we should support half hour as well (04:30, 05:00, 05:30, 06:00...)

Remaining: fix the form so that the user can choose full hour or half-hour with the controller to allow half-hours

We now allow any time as input, which remains the best way to handle this.
