#58 Bogus fedmsg sent on election creation

The fedmsg sent on line 118 seems wrong for multiple reasons:

  • another fedmsg with the same topic has been sent a couple lines earlier
  • it uses the election instance without converting it to json
  • it does not have the same structure as all the other fedmsg in this app (a dict with an election key and a agent key).

I think it should be removed.
