#53 RFE: summarize teh number of open seats in a sub-head for a given office

With some disqualifications, it was a little hard to know the number of candidates, vs number of open slots for a given 'race'

Would it be possible to add a 'sub-head' just above the

[ more information ]

outlink with text such as:

N candidates for M openings

Here are the candidates for the 1 seat(s) open: where 1 is to be adjusted for each elections.
