You don't think of the simple things until it's too late, I hadn't chosen a License at the start so up until now we all have rights over different parts of the program, I could have licensed it at the start without issue but I forgot, so in sprit of Open Source...

Is everyone happy to license under GPLv2? In particular I'll just copy the file from FAS (https://fedorahosted.org/fas/browser/COPYING) and add the standard hoo-haa to the top of all the files.
