I see this in the logs:
07:47:44,884 WARNING anaconda:anaconda: ui.tui.hubs: Spoke PasswordSpoke initialization failure!
Which could have caused it to prompt the user and never finish the install.
This seems to have resolved itself in today's run. Not sure what happened.
